Q: HOW DO I APPLY A GIFT CARD, PROMO CODE, OR GIFT CERTIFICATE?

You must first select the quantity to place an item in the shopping bag.
You will then be directed to the shopping cart with your line item/s included.
Above the line item/s you will see the "Enter Discount Code / Gift Card" submission text box.

Please input the gift card or gift certificate code you received into this text box. Be sure to click on the "apply code" button. Once the code is applied, you will see a change in your total reflecting the discount that the gift card/certificate offers.

Please note that no more than one code (gift card, gift certificate or promotional code) is allowed per order, and cannot be applied to the SP&S fees.

Q: I NEVER RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

There are a few reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation from us. You may have misspelled your email address or your settings on your email account may have sent the email to your SPAM folder. Your email provider's default settings may not allow our confirmation email to get through to your email account.

Q: I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. 

-Please place your order carefully. You must contact support@mojodoodle.com as quickly as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Our support staff will try to intercept the order before it goes into production, once it hits the production floor there is no way to cancel the order. This is a very small window to cancel an order, let us know right away!

Q: MY PROMOTIONAL CODE IS NOT WORKING.

Q: MY PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS IS NO LONGER CORRECT.

 We do not use the PayPal shipping address.

PayPal might have an old address of yours, but we always send out orders to the address submitted on our website. Please refer to your confirmation email we sent you which includes the correct shipping address.

Q: I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS.

- First check to see if your order has shipped Click Here.
